Day 30 · closing the loop
Step 05 5 of 5
One last check-in.
A month in, this is the last planned email in the Eco Seal drip — we’re not going to keep nudging past the curb of useful outreach. A short, honest close-out.
A month has passed since your original quote request. This is the last planned email in the Eco Seal drip — we’re not going to keep nudging you past the curb of useful outreach.
If the timing has genuinely slipped, that’s a real constraint many property managers live inside of, and we won’t guilt-trip you for it. Your measurements and contact are still on file, but only as long as you want them there.
If you’d rather we forget the request, reply with archiveand we’ll delete the record in line with our retention policy. If there’s a new lot, a lot you inherited, or a comparison shopping question we can help with — even a competitor’s bid you want a second opinion on — reply with the address and we’ll take a look.
One thing that won’t happen: we won’t add you to a re-marketing list. Every send above was a single drip; there is no nurture automation behind it. Reply, and it’s a real thread between you and the dispatcher.
Thanks for taking the time. — The Eco Seal team.
